L’Epicerie: Renovation of a landmark residence
In the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville stands an emblematic residence. This beautiful building was constructed in the 1930s and served as a grocery store until the early 2000s. It was a key part of village life, alongside other shops clustered around the church and the town hall.
More recently, developer Promojay sought to give this place a second life-one rooted in its history and authentic character, while also benefiting from an exceptional location.
Promojay carried out this renovation project with the goal of preserving the property’s identity while creating a modern, spacious living environment.
With the ambition of offering high-end features, Promojay entrusted Agence Amevet with the interior architecture assignment.
The objective was to design a fully bespoke project, meeting the specific expectations of the buyers in terms of style, as well as the organization and function of the spaces.
