Hôtel La Marmotte
For these two restaurants, our interior designers have created a specific configuration and equipment for each zone.
In the traditional Savoyard catering area, they integrated positionable raclette appliances and installed meat maturing cabinets in the grilling area. An open kitchen, equipped with Jasper ovens, was also placed in the central area. For the restaurant’s layout, our interior architects also focused on designing a modular space: the main room is equipped with removable glass walls. This offers the opportunity to delimit intimate spaces for private events. Conversely, this modularity allows us to offer a much more open space for groups, weddings…
For the interior design of these restaurants in Haute-Savoie, Agence Amevet’s interior architects imagined architecture and decoration in line with new codes, in a style that is both “mountain” and “contemporary”. The aim of renovating the La Biskatcha restaurant was to create a space with several zones, to offer customers a variety of dining ambiences: a grill/brasserie area, a tapas “corner”, a bar, and so on.
As for the La Pivotte restaurant, it offers a very Savoyard atmosphere, thanks in particular to the use of old wood salvaged from an old mountain mazot. A fireplace also adds to the warmth of the decor.
The design of the restaurants favors the use of noble materials: old wood, skilfully combined with metal and glass, adds character to the project.
Colorful furnishings and lighting (spotlights, pendant lights, LED cords) add a distinctly modern touch. Cement tiles in shimmering colors reinforce the originality of this restaurant’s decor.
