La Panière retail store

Creation of a bakery, patisserie and sandwich shop concept store

With nearly 40 stores across Savoie and Haute-Savoie, La Panière continues to expand and consistently demonstrates its dynamism, guided by a clear leitmotif: offering food that is both good and beautiful.

This is precisely what sets this remarkable brand apart.
La Panière stands out through the careful selection of its products, the creativity of its recipes, and the warm smiles of its staff. It also distinguishes itself through the visual identity of its retail spaces, all connected by a shared design charter that adapts to each local context.

Our interior designers also took advantage of the high ceilings:

  • A panoramic black-and-white visual, reproducing the mountains opposite the store, provides a beautiful backdrop.
  • A selection of pendant luminaires add rhythm
  • Exposed service ducts add an industrial touch
  • A dark shade chosen for the entire ceiling also reduces the impression of height.

But this outlet stands out above all for a new feature: the creation of a cosy space. Here, the ceiling has been lowered to create a more hushed ambience. Colorful velvet sofas and armchairs inspire comfort. Accompanying lamps, coffee tables and sofa ends complete the ambience, conducive to tasting and conviviality.

Agence Amevet has been helping La Panière design its stores for ten years. The latest project is the Sallanches store in Haute-Savoie.

For this outlet, our interior designers naturally chose a mountain atmosphere, with the use of authentic materials: old wood and stone on the walls and floors.

To organize the space, they played with the constraints of the existing volumes. They gave rhythm to this long space by creating different zones: a sales counter, a preparation laboratory visible to customers, and a catering room.
