Agence Amevet’s mission: from design to construction supervision

Our interior architects designed the layout of the new restaurant as part of this project, which was well thought through by the client.

To illustrate the good mood, freshness and simplicity, they proposed a “guinguette” theme:

  • Bistro-style furniture,
  • school chairs
  • string lights,
  • wooden pergola covered with vegetation
  • armchairs and antique rugs…

To emphasize the importance of the kitchen, which is indeed the heart of the restaurant, our interior designers chose to highlight the counter where customers serve themselves, by dressing it in white earthenware.

Our interior designers were also tasked with designing the restaurant’s entire layout and organization. This project was carried out in a 300 m² building, which they also deconstructed.

A new restaurant has just opened in Ville-la-Grand:

Called “A vos Bols!”, this concept offers a different approach to gastronomy, where healthy eating is possible at an affordable price. Everyone can compose their own bowl, mixing salads, cereals, pasta, meat, fish, vegetables…

“A vos bols!” is a particularly innovative concept in several respects:

There’s plenty of room for creativity:

  • the creativity of cooks who come up with new recipes
  • to the creativity of customers who come to personalize their meals.

It promotes good eating through healthy, seasonal produce.

It emphasizes simplicity through on-site cooking, visible to customers.

Organizing space and volumes

The new organization of the space has created :

  • 180 seats
  • 2 mezzanines
  • 1 children’s corner

Our interior designers also chose to create a skylight with a central glass roof.

As the concept of this restaurant rhymes with simplicity, our interior designers have kept certain elements unfinished, such as the exposed technical ducts and the metal structure of the mezzanine.

Special attention has been paid to acoustics, with the use of fibralith for customer comfort.
