Building on its work in layout, equipment, decoration, and furniture supply for hotels, chalets, and private apartments, it was only natural that Agence Amevet would, sooner or later, become involved alongside developers, clients, and project managers responsible for tourist residence developments.

Accordingly, its interior architects have been supporting the EIFFAGE IMMOBILIER group since 2014 on several tourist residence projects.

For this type of project, our interior architects focus first and foremost on creating a strong concept and a clear identity.

From the outset, the aim is to identify the expectations and needs of developers and managers of residences: level of range, budget, planning, and so on. At the same time, our interior designers carry out an analysis of the target clientele: what is their lifestyle, what are their codes, their requirements, etc.?

Based on these elements, Agence Amevet’s interior architects develop a concept for the common areas and typical apartments.

Their work focuses on the following aspects:

Concept creation and image definition (mood boards, perspective sketches, organizational diagrams).
Definition of materials and equipment (wall coverings, floor coverings, sanitary fittings and accessories, lighting fixtures).
Selection of furniture and decorative elements (tables, chairs, sofas, bedding, curtains, pictures, carpets, etc.).

During project implementation, our interior designers support the client in drawing up all the necessary technical specifications.

Agence Amevet is also able to support the client in the selection and purchase of furniture. Our knowledge of the project and our mastery of the furniture market enable us to select the most suitable suppliers, who will be able to meet the exacting specifications and specific criteria imposed by the tourist residence.

Each supplier is selected for its ability to produce aesthetic, design elements of optimum quality. Agence Amevet is responsible for the delivery and installation of furnishings for tourist residences (deliveries are generally carried out in phases, according to construction progress schedules).
