A customized architectural project

Personalizing the ambience for each of these three establishments was the fruit of close collaboration between Agence Amevet, the owner of the premises and its managers (in the case of the brasserie).

In the agency’s project, every space was thought through down to the smallest detail, from visual identity to furniture recommendations and proposals, to reflect the unique spirit of each store.

But the agency’s mission didn’t stop at interior design: the meticulous selection of contractors and rigorous cost management in close liaison with site management were also key elements of the project. To guarantee flawless execution, the agency enlisted the help of a construction economist and meticulously analyzed each estimate, thus securing the operation’s budget.

Three atmospheres, one passion for taste

By Christmas 2024, the wait was over and the doors opened to welcome the first customers, who came to savor the warm atmosphere and gourmet pleasures of these new addresses.

At the “Chez les Cousines” brasserie, guests discovered a generous menu featuring fondues and tasty meats in an authentic, friendly setting.

As for “Ice Burg”, the promise of a burger “at the top” has been kept: bold recipes, a selection of local products and a young, sporty atmosphere have made this spot a stopover for local instructors and skiers of all origins.

As for the “Douceurs et Chocolats” chocolate shop, it has captured the hearts of gourmands, tourists and Gets residents alike, in search of a suave, enveloping cocoon. With its intoxicating scents of hot chocolate, homemade pastries and cosy tea room, the address has quickly become a popular refuge, especially on snowy days.
