Our interior designers have completely rethought the organization of the spaces. Large volumes were dedicated to the kitchen, living room and lounge. These spaces have been thought through in terms of their links with the outdoors. The sheltered terrace becomes another room.
But to reorganize the spaces, it was also necessary to work with the existing structure, which could only support minor modifications.
For example, on the first floor, there was an arch whose lines did not correspond at all to the project. This arch was modified. In this location, our interior designers created a bespoke layout: TV/library unit on one side, walk-in wardrobe on the other.
In the center of the living space, the central pillar, formed by the crossing of the fustes, has been preserved: although this element could have been a constraint in the organization, our interior designers wanted to bring it to the fore.
Each space is well-defined: a master suite on the ground floor, and upstairs a social/games area, reading corner, children’s bedrooms and bathrooms.
