Renovation of the Hôtel Aquakub in Aix-les-Bains

Vertical lines:

In general, the headboard wall is treated with vertical lines:

• suspended ceiling lights as bedside lamps
• full-height led backlighting,
• light wood cladding, on anthracite background

In this renovation, each bedroom entrance is painted in one of the dominant colors: blue, yellow or brown, like a bubble of color that sets the tone!

The choice of graphic carpets also adds character to the decoration of the rooms, while ensuring a link with the hotel’s common areas.

In the circulation areas on the upper floors, to break with the length of the corridors, the walls are also animated with original visuals. Spaces that allow for this feature cosy corners, decorated with designer armchairs and floor lamps.

The guiding idea behind the renovation of the hotel’s rooms:

The rooms feature several color themes: blue, yellow and brown.

These themes include :

• Brightness at sunrise, zenith, sunset
• The hues found in the surrounding elements: water, pebbles, wood, plants, flowers, reeds, dry grasses…

Specific atmospheres:

Our interior designers also chose to create a specific ambiance for each of the hotel’s rooms.

To achieve this, they used original, graphic wallpapers.

In this way, the panel at the head of the bed becomes a central element.

Each headboard is upholstered at the bottom and raised with a graphic design at the top.
