LAYOUT, ORGANIZATION, AND DECORATION OF A TOWN DELICATESSEN

TOUTENGROS, established 40 years ago in Montelimar, is a benchmark stop for all gourmets, where they can find local and regional produce selected by a staff whose passions are the land, gastronomy, and the pleasures of the table.

Eager to endow their shop with a new image, the TOUTENGROS management called on Agence Amevet’s interior architects to remodel the sales area to provide customers with a much clearer offering, showcasing the different product ranges available.

The objective given to our interior architects was to raise the profile of this commercial concept by redesigning the layout and organization to facilitate the customer’s itinerary.

In a store area of some 300 square metres, our architects first sought to identify and highlight the different product spheres, dedicated to wine, spirits, delicatessen products, and meats.

To do so, our interior architects rethought the shop layout, designing and materializing specific areas and aisles. This enabled far better showcasing of the products while optimizing the use of space.

Another important aspect of the project was the creation of a new visual and graphic identity, which was developed entirely by Agence Amevet from conception to execution.

The graphical theme was adapted onto various backing materials: facade signs, adhesive window graphics, shelf dividers, murals (photos of producers), a blackboard above the counter measuring tens of metres, custom light fittings.

The remodelling of this business has given the brand an uplift and helped attract a new clientele, while preserving the loyalty of those who have used the shop for years.
