RENOVATION AND DECORATION OF A 3-STAR HOTEL IN AIX-LES-BAINS

For this family-run hotel in a delightful parkland setting, our interior architects were given the brief to develop the establishment’s image without disrupting a decades-old history. The interior decoration and furniture choice were conceived in a classic, timeless style, without completely sacrificing the contemporary touch that hallmarks our bureau’s work.

Two major peculiarities mark this project as special:

• Coordination of work on a site in use.
• Work conducted in several phases

By organizing the work in two phases, our interior architects were able to meet the operational demands of this hotel/restaurant.

The first phase was renovation of the bedrooms. Following that, our interior architects designed and coordinated the work in the reception and restaurant areas.

This renovation set out to meet the new requirements for a 3-star hotel rating and all the standards in terms of accessibility and fire safety.

The Auberge Saint-Simond renovation was undertaken in the scope of the Logis de Savoie (Logis de France) label, which also has Agence Amevet among its partners.
