DECORATION CONCEPT FOR THE **** LA CLÉ DES CIMES TOURIST RESIDENCE IN ARÊCHES-BEAUFORT

For the construction of La Clé des Cimes, its new 4-star tourist residence in Beaufortain, the MMV group asked interior designers Agence Amevet to devise a decoration concept for the common areas and the apartments.
Arêches-Beaufort is a resort in the Savoie recognised for its authenticity, friendliness and “village” atmosphere. It is with this in mind that we had to devise the fitting out and decoration of this tourist residence.
The common areas
The reception area and lounge offer a very warm ambiance. It’s nice to sit by the fireside, near a fireplace made of stone with metal trim in soft tones. A bookcase made of old wood, composed of cubes with surprising curves, completes this area set aside for reading and relaxation. The sofas also play an important role, creating a cosy atmosphere. Our interior designers have chosen to upholster them in a woollen fabric with a Scottish pattern, an allusion to “mountain dwellers”. They have also designed a well-being area. A swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and treatment rooms offer residents a restful and harmonious space.
The private areas
The apartments have also been designed in a spirit of authenticity, which doesn’t in any way detract from their contemporary feel. By way of example, the furniture in the dining area consists of a solid wood table and chairs like the ones one used to find in the farms of Savoie, but revisited in white lacquer. The light fittings in lacquered metal enhance the mountain ambiance.
